By placing an order with AWAIS BOUTIQUE, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Pakistan Orders

• Orders within Pakistan will generally be delivered within 7–14 working days.

• Orders may be delivered through Leopards, TCS, or PostEx.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation

• All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be confirmed by our team before dispatch.

• Our team will make up to three confirmation calls to the customer.

• If the customer does not answer any of the three confirmation calls, the order will be cancelled.

• Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

3. Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan.

• The customer must pay the full order amount to the courier representative at the time of delivery.

4. International Orders

• Full payment in advance is required for all international orders.

• International orders will be shipped through FedEx.

• International orders will only be processed and dispatched after full payment has been received.

• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier procedures.

• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Agreement

By placing an order with AWAIS BOUTIQUE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

AWAIS BOUTIQUE reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
